I’ve seen some photographers bringing back personal blogs and think I may try to do the same. Like many people who use instagram, I’m a bit dissatisfied with the way that medium displays pictures and how phone-oriented it is. I feel like it’s easy for good, quality work to be glossed over and not be carefully considered. After all, I put a lot of time and effort into taking the pictures I take, so I’d like for those who enjoy my photographs to have a place to view them more carefully if they wish to. Thus, I’ll be using this page to periodically post updates that won’t make it to the usual avenues (instagram, flickr & tumblr) as well as to post writings and parts of projects that I’m working on. That being said, above is a picture from Center City about midway through the quarantine, looking at 2 Liberty Place from behind The Harper in Rittenhouse, which I took while out doing some photos for my alleyway series. More to come from that at a later date.
